1. Scope of Services
Center Of Business Excellence LLC (the “Company” or “we”) provides marketing and consulting services to its clients (“you” or “client”) under a signed Statement of Work (SOW). This policy outlines how we fulfill our services and handle cancellations and refunds.
2. Service Fulfillment
Statement of Work (SOW):
All services and deliverables will be detailed in a mutually agreed-upon SOW.
Work will only commence once both parties have signed the SOW and payment terms have been met as outlined in the agreement.
Performance of Services:
We strive to exceed the obligations defined in the SOW.
Our team will provide monthly updates and deliverables consistent with the SOW’s requirements.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by the Client:
You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email to [email protected].
Any cancellation must be made at least 14 days before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the following month (if on a recurring monthly plan).
Termination of Ongoing Projects:
If you wish to terminate an ongoing project before the project’s end date specified in the SOW, you must notify us in writing.
Termination fees or partial payments may apply, as outlined in the SOW or contract.
4. Refund Policy
No Refunds on Work Performed:
Due to the nature of our services, all fees for work already performed are non-refundable.
This includes any time, resources, or expenses already allocated to the project before we receive your cancellation request.
Pro-Rated Refunds (If Applicable):
If you have prepaid for multiple months of service and decide to cancel before the end of that period, we will review any remaining unutilized portion of fees.
A pro-rated refund may be issued for unused months only if no work has commenced on those months and there are no outstanding deliverables.
Determinations of refunds under these conditions are made on a case-by-case basis.
Disputed Charges:
If you have concerns about an invoice or believe there has been an error, please contact us immediately at [email protected] so we can address and resolve the issue.
Good Faith Resolution:
We value our client relationships and will make reasonable efforts to ensure satisfaction with our services. If there is a disagreement or concern about deliverables, scope, or completed work, please reach out to us. We will work together in good faith to come to a fair resolution.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update or modify this policy from time to time. If we make any significant changes, we will notify you via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
